Bugs, refunds, feature requests and rate oddities all go to the
same address.
Rates
- How often do rates update?
- Once a day. Numo is for travel and budgeting, not trading, so it shows a
settled daily rate rather than a flickering live one.
- Why is it different from my bank's rate?
- Numo shows the mid-market rate — the figure quoted in the news. Banks
and card networks add a margin, so what you receive is usually a little lower.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes. The last rates stay on your device and refresh when you are back online.
Numo Pro
- What is free, and what is Pro?
- The converter is free forever — every currency, offline, no account.
Pro adds rate alerts, widgets and the timeline.
- What does it cost?
- $1.99 a month, $9.99 a year, or $29.99 once for
lifetime. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; lifetime never does.
- I paid but Pro isn't showing.
- Open Settings → Numo Pro and tap Restore. Still missing? Email
us with your Apple receipt.
- Cancel or refund?
- Both are Apple's. Cancel in
your subscription
settings — Pro lasts until the paid period ends. Refunds at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
Alerts and widgets
- My alert didn't arrive.
- Alerts are checked once a day against the new rate, so they don't fire the
moment a rate moves. Otherwise, check notifications are allowed in iOS
Settings → Notifications → Numo. An alert that already fired won't fire
again unless you set it to repeat.
- My widget shows an old rate.
- iOS decides when to refresh widgets. Opening the app updates it at once.
- How far back does the timeline go?
- One week to ten years.
Privacy
- Do I need an account?
- No. Numo has no sign-in and never asks who you are.
- What do you collect?
- Very little, and none of it identifies you — see the
privacy policy. To have it deleted, email us.
